First time experience here. The service was great. I opt the deep tissue massage for 1hour. The ladies are professional and did her job well. The pay is reasonable and offered a generous tip. Thanks for your services, will return again 👍
I called and scheduled a massage trying out this company because they have been in town for a while and they were rhe only company open. I wasn't thrilled by the set up, the room was cluttered and the women chatted the entire time making it impossible for me or my husband to nap. We were asked to pay for the massage prior to receiving it and we did but there was of course no basis to offer a tip in the beginning. The massage was less than average, there was no nice fragrance nor was there relaxing music. Another customer interrupted our massage am no additional time was added to compensate for the loss. At the conclusion of the massage we were given a small cup of water and told there was a mandatory 20% tip to which I of course laughed and explained we had already paid in the beginning amd amd received no level of service that warranted any tip let alone a 20% tip. The worker insisted and called the second worker who then was in with the other client, she came out explaining to the first worker no tip was required but she insisted there was a mandatory tip. Of course I didn't give her a 20% tip and offered a suggestion Instead that great service receives tips. There was absolutely nothing written about a mandatory 20% tip. Where did this culture of entitlement come from. Tips are for a level of service beyond expected. The entire visit was disturbing.
Took my bf there for a deep tissue massage. He was satisfied with how thwy did, until a 20% tip was demanded out of the lady who did his massage. We don't mind tipping, but one thing you're not supposed to do is demand a tip. Would not go back because of that reason alone.
